Erin Condren Lesson Planner

Today was a good day. The reason for the good day...well it's 4 little words... Erin. Condren. Lesson. Planner. I already posted about my first one needing to be reprinted, and the replacement one arrived today. I AM IN LOOOOOOOVE. It seriously has everything I could want (and more) in it. I know most of you have probably seen these planners already, but I'm still fawning over mine and went a little crazy taking pics of it, so I thought I would share them with you. And, for those of you who have never seen one of these planners, you can check them out/order them here.

The front cover

Inside the front cover. You can actually have a personal picture added to it, I just chose not to.

A place for all of your important info like access/log in codes and important teacher websites.

I love having a place to list my volunteers and the sub info page!

Holidays and important dates...including children's author birth dates.
pages to list student birthdays

pages to keep track of student absences

graph paper pages...good for seating charts or tracking student projects

long range planning pages

Monthly calendars - there's one for every month July to June and they each have a tab so they can be easily accessed!

Each monthy calendar also has some note pages with it

lesson plan pages

student check list pages...great for recording grades and keeping track of assignments

extra note pages at the end

stickers...some have stuff already printed on them..like assembly and field trip and there are 2 pages of blank stickers so I can make my own.

folder!

hard to see, but those are page protector sheets (on the right hand side)

a pouch that comes with personalized labels and the calendars on the back cover...

the labels that come in the pouch

the bookmark that comes with the planner...it snaps onto the coil binding.

Okay, so I know that was a boatload of pics of my planner there, but I really do love it. The planner has so many different customizable options so you can make it perfect for you. I chose to have 3 page protector sheets in mine instead of the standard 1 and I chose to have 28 pages of the student checklist pages instead of the standard 7. There are a bunch of other choices, which I might consider adding in next year, but for my first one, I decided to stick with just the essential add ons.

How do you guys do your lesson plans? Let me know in the comments below.

  1. I have just been introduced to these recently and instantly fell in LOVE!!! I just wish I could afford one:-(
Last year we were forced to begin using a website for lesson planning. I did not like it. When we have to send them to administration, I honestly prefer typing them up in my own free format, no form/template to fill in. However, since I prefer my personal computer, printing and updating at school can be an issue. So, I like to have something I can edit and write notes on.
Not sure what this year's requirement will be.
If I get lucky, maybe I'll have one of these fabulous planners:-)
